Review workflow queues in one window

Use OpenSoftware to see what needs attention across your workflow apps, then review the actual item in the product that owns it.

Start with the work you want to finish

Prepare and publish

OpenSocials holds social drafts for review. OpenNews prepares an issue from chosen sources. OpenReel prepares short narrated videos. Open the product that matches the task, rather than treating every queue item as the same kind of approval.

Applications and filings

OpenJobs keeps your experience bank and application review. OpenComply drafts a filing from your documents. A source-backed draft still needs the relevant person to check its contents before it is sent or filed.

Meetings and technical work

OpenCal shows available times and takes bookings. @gent runs coding-agent tasks by email. ParseRail provides document parsing with its playground and API keys. These products retain their own connections and review rules.

Read the pending state before acting

Waiting for you

Open Review in the named product. Check the full draft, source and destination before approving.

Nothing waiting

The connected product reports no waiting work. Open that product for run history; an empty queue does not prove a future action has happened.

Unavailable

The queue could not be checked. Open that product and repair its connection. Shared run history is not connected in the home inbox.

  1. 1Waiting for you. Open Review in the named product and check the draft, source and destination there.
  2. 2Nothing waiting. The product reports no work. That does not prove a scheduled action happened.
  3. 3Unavailable. The queue could not be checked. Open that product and repair its connection.
  4. 4The product's action. Approve, keep, and fix and recheck mean different decisions in each product.
  5. 5Approve all clean. It takes only unedited items that passed every check. Each keeps its undo window.

Keep approval tied to the actual item

Use the product's action

Products use labels such as approve, edit, reject, keep, and fix and recheck. Read the action in the product's context. Reviewing a news issue, an employer form and a coding-agent permission request are different decisions.

Check the undo window

Undo rules belong to the product performing the action. Read its confirmation and timing before proceeding. An action that has already reached an external service may need a separate correction there.

Review clean work deliberately

Approve all clean applies only to items that passed their checks and have not been edited. Each item retains its own undo window. Use individual review when the source, account or destination requires closer attention.

Connections and keys stay specific

OpenSoftware puts the apps in one window; it does not make a social account connection, calendar connection and AI-provider key interchangeable. Check the product and provider before adding a key. For detailed task instructions, use the OpenJobs experience-bank guide, OpenNews roundup guide, or OpenSocials review guide.
